- Lydia Wytrzes, MD - Board Certified Neurologist/Sleep Specialist and Director of Sutter Sleep Center (Sacramento/Roseville)
- Valerie Wolfe, PhD - Director of Wolfe Sleep and Wellness and Lead Psychologist at Summit Pain Management Institute (Auburn)
- Erika Meredith, PT, DPT - Orthopedic Clinical Specialist at Kaiser Permanente (Elk Grove)
Local health and community based organizations will also be present. Attendance and parking are free, and all are welcome to attend. A light meal will be provided.
The Sima Spector Health Conference originated from Hadassah Women's Zionist Organization of America, this annual conference provides free quality health education and information to women of all ages and all ethnic/cultural backgrounds. Sima Spector organized and led the Hadassah "Healthy Women, Healthy Lives" Women's Health Conference in the Sacramento area from 1994 until 2006, when she was tragically killed by a drunk driver. During the past decade, the conference was renamed to honor her memory and her dedication to health education.
